There are many kinds and effects of additives that can be used in food and feed products, such as colorants (carmine, sunset yellow, etc.), preservatives (sodium benzoate, sodium propionate, potassium sorbate, etc.), and all additives need to be used in strict accordance with the allowable addition amount specified in national standards. The hygienic quality of raw material pure additives need to be strictly controlled. Each batch of pure additive raw materials needs to be tested for the items required by the corresponding national standards, industrial standards or enterprise standards, and can be put into production only after they are qualified. Therefore, the quality of pure raw materials also determines the quality of final products to a great extent.
