Technical Due Diligence （TDD ）consists of assessing the condition of relevant building, installations and equipment in order to facilitate the client or investor in property transactions, lease or cooperation business with technical support.
The Service consists of a visual inspection of accessible parts of the whole Property, using documentation and information given by the Client, includes all technical disciplines, e.g., architecture, structure, electricity, HVAC, plumbing and firefighting, to find and identify deficiencies, defects, deferred maintenance and code violation in the property.
The Service will include the following:
- Documentation review;
- Site visit with interview of site/facility manager;
- Documentation with relevant photographs on observed defects or anomalies;
- Analysis of collected data;
- Recommendation of actions on observed anomalies or defects;
