Comprehensive type testing for food is a comprehensive assessment of product quality, that is, all the technical requirements in the product standards should be tested. The testing items include sensory, physical and chemical indicators, pollutants, mycotoxins, microorganisms and food additives. During normal production, the comprehensive type testing shall be conducted once a year or half a year according to the requirements of the product standards. In addition,the comprehensive type testing shall also be conducted under any of the following circumstances: (1) during trial production and appraisal of new products; (2) Major changes in raw materials and production process may affect product quality; (3) When the product is stopped for more than half a year and production is resumed; (4) There is a big difference between the Out-of-factory test result and the last comprehensive type testing result; (5) At the request of the national regulatory authority.
