Enterprise standard is an important part of the food safety standard system, which is closely related to the food production and testing. The Food Safety Law stipulates that: the state encourages food production enterprises to formulate enterprise standards stricter than the national or local standards for food safety, which are applicable to the enterprises and shall be reported to the administrative departments of public health of the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government for the record. Enterprise standards are standards formulated by enterprises themselves or jointly formulated with other enterprises according to production requirements, technical requirements, management requirements and work requirements within the scope of enterprises, and are the basis for enterprises to organize production and business activities. Generally approved and issued by the legal representative of the enterprise or the competent leader authorized by the legal representative.
