The "Paris Agreement" proposed in 2015 is a global policy for the climate change management. On October 8, 2018, the IPCC issued the "global warming 1.5 °C special report" in Incheon, South Korea, which pointed out that controlling global warming within 1.5 °C, rather than 2 °C or higher, would significantly avoid the serious impact of climate change. In order to achieve this goal, the report proposes to increase the proportion of renewable energy used in power production from 20% to 70% by the middle of this century. The report has become a guiding document for countries to develop climate change management. By the end of 2020, 29 countries and regions in the world have committed to achieve carbon neutral by 2060, including China, the European Union, Canada, Japan and so on. In 2019, Natural Capital Partner conducted a survey on Fortune Global 500 enterprises. The survey found that 10% of the enterprises have publicly committed to carbon neutral. These enterprises include ABB, Microsoft, Logitech, BP, Tencent, CNOOC, Baowu iron and steel, China Datang and other industry giants. Compared with the signing of the Paris Agreement at the end of 2015, this proportion has doubled.
