The environmental reliability test is to verify the ability of the product to work normally whenconstantly subjected to the influence of itself and the external climate and mechanical environment during the design and application process.
Environmental reliability tests are usually divided into the following three categories: mechanical environmental test, climate environmental test and comprehensive environmental test. The mechanical environment test mainly includes mechanical vibration, mechanical shock, drop, bump, steady-state acceleration test, etc. The climate environment test mainly consists of temperature test, temperature and humidity test, air pressure test, water test, salt spray test, sand dust test, gas corrosion test, etc. The combined environmental test is mainly composed of temperature and air pressure combined test, temperature and vibration combined test, temperature and humidity vibration combined test, temperature and pressure and humidity combined test.
The environmental reliability test can verify the reliability of the product during the product development stage, trial production stage and mass production and sampling inspection stage, which is beneficial for enterprises to save R&D and production costs and improve product quality.
